Privacy Policy

The short version

Kelvido is a static website with no backend server. There's no account system, and the files, text, images, and values you enter into a tool are processed locally in your browser — not uploaded to a Kelvido server — for every tool on this site, because no tool has a server-side component to send them to.

What's processed in a tool

When you use a Kelvido tool — merging a PDF, converting text, running a calculation — that work happens entirely on your own device, using your browser's own capabilities. Kelvido never sees, receives, or stores the content you put into a tool.

What's stored on your device

Kelvido stores a small amount of data in your browser's local storage, scoped to this site only:

• Theme preference — whether you're using light or dark mode.
• Your Tools (favorites) — the list of tools you've marked as a favorite, so they show up under "Your Tools."
• Recently used tools — a short list of tools you've visited recently, used to power the search overlay's suggestions.

None of this is an account — it isn't tied to your identity, isn't sent to Kelvido or anyone else, and doesn't sync between devices or browsers. It stays only in the browser you're using, and clearing your browser's site data removes it. This is stored using your browser's local storage, not cookies.

Cookies

Kelvido does not currently set any cookies of its own.

Analytics and advertising

Kelvido does not currently use any analytics service, advertising network, or third-party tracking script.

Hosting

Kelvido is hosted on third-party infrastructure (Cloudflare). Like any web host, the hosting provider may process standard technical data needed to deliver the site — for example connection information — as part of normal web hosting. This is separate from, and unrelated to, the content you enter into a tool, which is never sent anywhere.

If this changes

If Kelvido ever adds advertising, analytics, or another third-party service that changes any of the above, this page will be updated to describe that accurately before the change takes effect, and the "last updated" date at the top will change.
